Goodtime pies are manufactured by two leaders in the industry: The Goodtime Food Company Limited in Hawke’s Bay and Sunnydays Foods Ltd in Christchurch. Each company supplies the full range of top quality HUB, Metro and Classic pies in their respective Island of New Zealand to ensure optimum freshness.

THE GOODTIME FOOD COMPANY LIMITED
Leo Pollett and son Phil founded the Goodtime Food Company in 1978 after Leo had spent 30 years in the baking industry working for his father.

The company was therefore founded on a family heritage of traditional baking craftsmanship using time-honoured recipes to produce superior quality pastry products with homemade tastes and goodness.

Phil’s applied engineering experience was used to develop the blending of Leo’s traditional baking methods with modern technology. The result being a diverse range of products in sufficient quantity to satisfy a demanding market - while consistently maintaining the unique homemade standard of quality.

The Goodtime Food Company of today retains the family’s legacy of traditional crafting, surpassing Leo’s most ambitious dreams to produce a range of over 80 different product lines.

Phil Pollett still heads up the company and is backed by a dedicated and immensely experienced team that takes pride in supplying the best bakery products in New Zealand.

All of these products are baked fresh everyday in the Napier bakery and delivered daily to customers’ doors by Goodtime's own North Island network of specialist distributors from temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure that our products are maintained in oven-fresh condition.
